About the speaker:
The speaker’s academic identity began to take shape at Vilnius University, where studying philology, he started with handwritten notes, then switched to a typewriter, and wrote the final thesis on a computer. These changes did not go unnoticed, and after some time in avant-garde cultural studies, the speaker became interested in media theory, computer games, and experiments in the renewal of fiction (see Tom Maagi). His current focus is on artificial stupidity.
