About the Speaker:
Akvilė Katilienė got MA in Applied English Linguistics at VDU in 2005 and has been working as a freelance subtitle translator for 20 years already. Currently, in cooperation with Deluxe Entertainment Services Group, Pixelogic Media and EIKON localization companies, she translates Warner Bros films for cinema theatres as well as films and series for HBO, Netflix and Apple TV+ platforms.
